Within the scope of the business development we provide appropriate also know-how and coach your international orientated Sales organisation. The term Business Innovation Coach derives from the Horizon 2020 SME instrument (small and medium-sized enterprises). Business Innovation Coaches support SMEs under the auspices of the European Commission and their Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) to promote innovations in organisations. Although a large number of coaches are registered on the improvement of internal processes in the H2020 instrument, our specialty is on focusing on downstream activities such as B2B sales, key account and marketing management. In addition, our competencies include market analysis, research, segmentation and strategy. Our clients usually focus on the development of technologically advanced fiber composites and lightweight materials. We provide an independent support in the areas OEM/original equipment manufacturer (e.g. automotive & HVAC) as well as in setting up sales channels in the (inter-)national environment and therefore are open for consultancy assignments limited in time.
